Hi, I’m Mark Van der Gaag
I’ve spent my life helping people embrace their brilliance, rediscover their purpose, and create extraordinarily passionate lives. Whether it's guiding someone to scale new heights in their career, overcoming limiting beliefs, or uncovering their boldest vision, I’m here to empower transformation that sticks.
From my first “business” delivering newspapers at 12 to operating 13 climbing wall locations up and down the East Coast, I’ve always been driven by a passion for rising to the challenge and helping others do the same. Running businesses like Rise Up Corp, Venture Vertical Inc, and The Rock Wall taught me something profound: even though we want to, we don’t always believe we can make it to the top—but with the right team and mindset, the impossible becomes possible. Our connection and the intentions we hold for each other supersedes individual doubts.
The Voyage
My journey hasn’t just been about entrepreneurship; it’s been about transformation. I’ve had the privilege to study under such luminaries and visionaries as Debbie Ford and Don Miguel Ruiz, and work closely with best-selling author and presidential candidate, Marianne Williamson as the Vision Team Trainer for the Global Renaissance Alliance. I became a Master Coach in 2001, have spent over two decades teaching “A Course in Miracles,” and have immersed myself in shamanic training and Reiki mastery. These experiences have shaped my unique approach to keynote speaking and coaching, culminating in my signature Power Cluster program and the TruE™ Leadership model.
I believe in the miracle of human potential and the power of radical renewal to achieve it. My mission is simple: to transform the ordinary to extraordinary and empower leaders to not only reach new heights but redefine what’s possible—living lives filled with purpose, connection, and success.
When I’m not coaching or speaking, you can find me rock climbing, exploring the great outdoors, or teaching others how to find strength and grace on life’s metaphorical cliffs.
